Browside Cottage is located in Little Arrow close to Coniston with spectacular views of Coniston Water and surrounding fells. This self catering property sleeps 14 Guests with a choice of 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite.
Central location for walking the Lake District Fells with many paths from Browside with a direct path up The old Man of Coniston via Goats Water and Dow Crag and to Coniston Village along the lake shore. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden and patio with furniture and hot tub. Bike Storage with wash-off area. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.

Please note: due to being set on the hillside Browside has 9 slate steps with a hand rail up to the front door.
Browside is strictly no smoking, no hen, stag, party groups the owners live next door.
We recommend bringing flip flops and bathrobe for the short dash to the outdoor hot tub. Strictly no swapping guests mid-week due to the size of the cottage.
We leave a starter pack for the wood burner extra wood and kindling can be purchased on site or from the spar garage in Coniston Village.
Browside is set in the quiet hamlet of Little Arrow 1.5 miles from Coniston village with shops cafes, pubs and restaurants and only 0.5 miles to Torver with a pub serving good food, small shop/café deli great for fresh bread, daily papers and pack lunches.
Browside is perfectly situated for those wanting a peaceful base in the heart of the lakes, with many foot paths from our door lake shore or fell and a direct route up Coniston Old Man via the Little Arrow, Tranerth and Walna Scar path.
